Dance As Meditation
Using techniques I've learned in transdancing events and materials available such as Nia, Sweat your Prayers, Goddess Dancing and Dancing your Chakras, I've created a class that delves into the joy of the dance; expressive movements, music that moves you and a shared goal of creating a relaxed, safe environment where we can leave the worries of the world behind and recharge ourselves for the challenges of tomorrow- an opened mind and a true love of music are needed to get the most out of this ongoing class.  Some classes will have low light and meditative music, others will have lively combos and lots of laughter.
